Storytelling session 1 (12:00 – 12:45)
Join Nightingale Music in a journey through storyland. We’ll be telling the story of Julia Donaldson’s Superworm. Suitable for children aged 8 and under this is a different type of story experience. Using props and her trusty Violin and Ukulele characters come alive and the audience is encouraged to jump, dance and sing along with new and familiar songs woven throughout the story. After the story children are invited to explore some instruments, dig for worms and make a potato cress man they can take home.
Storytelling session 2 (14:00 – 14:45)
Join Nightingale Music in a journey through storyland. We’ll be telling the story of Little Red Riding Hood. Suitable for children aged 8 and under this is a different type of story experience. Using props and her trusty Violin and Ukulele characters come alive and the audience is encouraged to jump, dance and sing along with new and familiar songs woven throughout the story. After the story children are invited to explore some instruments, and make a take home craft.
